Abilene Police Arrest Massage Parlor Owner for Prostitution

 

ABILENE— Three Abilene massage parlor employees have been arrested after an undercover prostitution sting.

The Abilene Police Department executed an undercover sting operation on the massage parlor located at the 4600 block of South 14th Street. Guoyan Zhang, the manager of the massage parlor, has been charged with Prostitution after an undercover officer was offered sexual acts by Zhang for money.

Zhang and two other employees, Heling Lu and Guilian Lu, that were also arrested, all did not have massage licenses. Zhang allegedly admitted to being the owner and manager of the massage parlor.

Zhang was booked into the Taylor County Jail as were the other employees.
