SAN ANGELO – Law enforcement officers arrested 18 individuals who were then booked into the Tom Green County Jail in the last 24 hours on charges including Drug Running, Carrying an Illegal Weapon, Assault, and DWI.
33-year-old Ubil 'Billy' 'XX' Samaniego was arrested by San Angelo Police on several moving violations including Driving While License Invalid, Expired Registration, Failure to Yield the Right-of-way at a Stop Sign, No Drivers License, No Insurance, Expired 30 Day Registration Permit, and FTA x10. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 10:07 p.m. and his bond is listed at $9,198.00.
30-year-old Aaron Margarito Carrillo was arrested by San Angelo Police for not using his turn signals properly. He was charged with Failure to Signal Intent within 100 ft. of a turn. Carrillo happened to be carrying between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth/Fentanyl at the time, so he was also charged with that drug offense. He was booked into jail at 10:26 p.m. Monday. His bond on the driving infraction is listed $152.00. A Justice of the Peace will assess his bond on the drug charge at a Magistrate hearing Tuesday morning.
22-year-old Jazmin Carreon was arrested by Tom Green Co. Constable Pct. 1 for Possession of less than 28 grams of Xanax and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. She was booked into jail at 11:12 a.m. and released at 12:28 p.m. after posting $1,500.00 bond.
