SAN ANGELO— A Tom Green County grand jury has indicted a local man for assaulting a shop owner and stealing several items from the man's shop.

Levi Garrett Rosser, 35, has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for Robbery and assaulting a man and stealing items and a motorcycle from his shop.

According to court documents, on May 28, 2023, San Angelo police told investigators over the phone that the victim had been assaulted by Rosser, Rosser’s sister, and three unidentified men at the 5200 block of Christoval Road in San Angelo, Texas.

While speaking with the victim, the investigator noticed cuts and bruises around the victim’s eye, which were from the attack. The victim said that he has known Rosser for quite some time and this incident started earlier in the day when he asked Rosser to bring his truck back to the shop on Christoval Road.
