23-year-old Jade Madison Cortez of Eden, TX was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies on a number of charges including Unauthorized Absence from a Community Corrections Facility, Possession of less than 1 gram of Meth/Fentanyl, VOP for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, and GOB for Possession of Hallucinogens. The Unauthorized Absence and Possession of Meth/Fentanyl charges were on warrants out of Eastland County. Cortez was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 9:09 p.m. Monday and her bond is listed at $77,500.00.
34-year-old Michael Don Guevara, 47-year-old Raul Nestor Estrada, 38-year-old Brandon Gutierrez, and 38-year-old Michael 'Dreamer' Sanchez were all returned to the Tom Green Co. Jail from state prison on bench warrants. The warrants were issued out of the 119th District Court and could be to bring the inmates back to the court to testify in an upcoming criminal trial.
