49-year-old Ben Gerald Wesley Turn of Christoval was arrested by Texas Dept. of Public Safety Troopers for a DWI crash. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Blood Alcohol Level greater than .15 and Duty on Striking a Highway Fixture or Landscape greater than $200.00. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 5:45 p.m. Sunday and his initial bond is listed at $2,000.00.
31-year-old Kevin Lane Jones of Leander, TX was arrested by Sterling Co. Sheriff's Deputies on a Warrant out of Travis County for discharging a firearm within the city limits. He was booked into the Tom Green Co. Jail at 8:26 p.m. Sunday and is being held without bond pending a magistrate hearing before a Justice of the Peace.
