ODESSA, TX – Two Odessa residents were arrested by the Ector County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday in connection to a homicide investigation.

According to the ECSO, on July 8, 2023, deputies were dispatched to the 2600 block of W. 56th St. for the report of a shooting. Once on scene, the victim, Europe "Von Crow" Brynteson, 35, of Odessa, was found deceased with a gunshot wound to the head.

Deputies arrested two suspects following the investigation: Nicholas Sebolt and Lori Grantham. Sebolt was arrested for Murder and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Graham was arrested for Murder.

Local news outlet, CBS7, spoke with a witness of the murder.

"He ran this way and this is where he was shot in the back of the head and died so he was literally running for his life,” said the woman. "Just because you live like this, in a cheap trailer house on a dead end road it doesn’t make you a bad person, it just makes you want to survive."
