SAN ANGELO— A San Angelo man has been indicted for possessing pornographic images of young children using the Snapchat app on his phone.
Zachary Tucker Green, 25, was indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury in June 2023 for Possession of Child Pornography.
According to court documents, in February 2022, a Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent began conducted a child pornography investigation following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The cyber tip told the investigator that on April 2, 2021, a Snapchat account uploaded child pornography.
The video showed an adult man sexually assaulting a prepubescent child. The Snapchat account that had uploaded the video returned a phone number and it was determined that the number belonged to Green.
On February 11, 2022, two special agents with the DPS located Green at his place of employment. The agents encountered Green an informed him that he did not have to speak with officers and was free to leave at any time. Green agreed to speak with the investigators.
Green had allegedly been using Omegle.com to view child pornography regularly and allegedly admitted to accessing the lewd images with his Snapchat account around April 2021. Green also allegedly admitted to viewing child pornography with children about 13 years of age and that he is attracted to girls that young.
Green was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. He was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on February 15, 2022, and was released the next day on $20,000 bond.

The sooner we start hanging pedos on the courthouse square, the sooner we'll be free of the expense of imprisonment and the kiddos will be free of sexual assault. When they realize that if they get caught they'll dangle from a rope, they'll think twice before hunting for prey on the internet and diddling kids.
