63-year-old Lino Rivas was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for Possession of less tan 2 ozs of Marijuana. He was booked into hail at 1:41 a.m. Tuesday and released at 4:13 a.m. after posting $1,000.00 bond.
