48-year-old Baldemar David Fernandez was arrested by San Angelo Police on several charges including Manufacture/Delivery of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, MTR for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction, and MTR for Possession of Fentanyl laced Meth. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 1:17 a.m. Monday. He is being held without bond.
36-year-old Noe Casillas Cruz was arrested by San Angelo Police for Manufacture and Delivery of between 4 grams and 200 grams of Meth, Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, CPF x17 and Failure to Appear in Court. He was booked into jail at 3:06 a.m. Monday and his initial bond is listed at $1,482.00. He is also facing fines of $5,881.00.
35-year-old Chad Harlan Lowry of Miles, TX was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for Continuous Violence Against the Family and Driving While Intoxicated. He was booked into jail at 8:54 p.m. Sunday and his bond on the DWI charge is listed at $1,000.00. A Justice of the Peace will set his bond on the other charge Monday morning.
