Odessa Teenagers Arrested and Charged in Assault at Apartment Complex

ODESSSA— Two teenagers in Odessa have been arrested after allegedly attacking an individual outside an apartment complex.

Two Odessa teenagers, Alexis Garcia, 19, and a 16-year-old juvenile have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after the Odessa Police Department had to respond to Vera Apartments, located at 8401 Highway 191 in Odessa.

According to complaints, the juvenile was pointing a gun at four individuals and struck an adult in the head with the weapon while Garcia began hitting the victim and pulling her hair. The juvenile was charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Odessa Police had said this is an ongoing investigation.
