Arrests for Illegal Immigration & Building Material Theft Top Sunday Bookings

 

SAN ANGELO  –  Tom Green County Detention Center Corrections Officers booked 14 suspects into jail in the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Theft from a Job Site, Illegal Immigration, Assault, and Destruction of City Property. 

32-year-old Misty Andrade was arrested Sunday by San Angelo Police on several charges including Injuring or Destroying City Property by Digging or Removing, Theft of less than $100, Public Intoxication, Driving with an Invalid License x2, FTA X5, and Driving on a non-approved Surface at the Lake.  She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:44 p.m. and her bond is listed at $6,002.00.  She also faces $2,801.00 in fines and court costs.  

31-year-old Jesse Byers and 31-year-old Amanda Glenn were arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies Sunday for Theft of Material Aluminum/Bronze/Copper/Brass less than $20,000.00.  Byers was also charged with GOB Evading Arrest with a Previous Conviction.  Glenn was booked at 5:42 p.m. and Byers was booked at 5:38 p.m.  Both are being held without bond pending a magistrate hearing before a Justice of the Peace.  

28-year-old Juan Escobar-Mendez was arrested by Sterling County Sheriff's Deputies on an Immigration and Customs Hold.  He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 11:10 p.m. Sunday.  Humberto Lucio-Martinez was also arrested by Sterling County Sheriff's Deputies on an Immigration and Customs Hold.  He was booked at 11:30 p.m.  Both are being held until they can be transferred to ICE.
