35-year-old Louis Martinez was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for being in the U.S. illegally. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 11:06 a.m. and is being held without bond pending transfer to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
31-year-old Kayla Chappell was arrested by Irion County Sheriff's Deputies on a warrant out of Ector County for Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of meth/fentanyl. She was booked at 8:12 a.m. Monday and her bond is listed at $20,000.00.
36-year-old Elias Kabandana of Abilene was arrested Monday by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers for a Motion to Revoke Probation warrant out of Callahan County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He was booked into jail at 2:45 p.m. and his bond is listed at $25,000.00.
