SAN ANGELO – 27 individuals were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center in the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Packing an Illegal Weapon and an Illegal Drug Test Falsification Device, Theft and DWI.
37-year-old Ashley Dawn Sanders of Paint Rock was arrested Friday by San Angelo Police on a warrant out of Concho County for a single charge of Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 11:31 a.m. and her bond is listed at $30,000.00.
35-year-old Joshua Bogue was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for a False Drug Test Falsification Device. That's a device used to conceal a liquid used to pass a UA drug test. These devices are usually concealed inside the perpetrator's pants and are designed to look like a part of their anatomy. Bogue was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:40 p.m. and released a 3:43 p.m. after posting $500.00 bond. Bogue was in his first year of his seven year deferred adjudication sentence. Random drug tests are a normal requirement of probation conditions.
18-year-old Noah Carson was arrested by San Angelo Police on a warrant out of Midland County for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon. He was booked at 12:42 p.m. Friday and his bond is listed at $1,000.00. Carson has previously been arrested for Robbery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
32-year-old Beverly Castaneda was arrested Friday by San Angelo Police on several charges including Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of THC, Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of Meth/Fentanyl, No Driver's License, Wrong Color Lights on Rear of Vehicle, Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia x2, CPF x1, Failure to Appear in Court x4, and Violating a Promise To Appear in Court. She was booked into jail at 7:40 p.m. Friday and her bond is listed at $5,202.60.

Joshua Bogue is a habitual offender guilty of stealing from elderly people at Rio Concho Manor (including his OWN grandparents), mentally disabled (Downs Syndrome) and continuous family violence amongst MANY other felonies! He is on deferred adjudication for a first degree felony!!!! Why was he even given a bond? He should have been held without bond!!! What is wrong with our system-except we ALL know the answer to that one!
