55-year-old Timothy Allan Benson was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of meth/fentanyl, Resisting Arrest and No Seatbelt. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 4:54 a.m. Tuesday and his bond is listed at $30,868.00.
30-year-old Ken Devon Mathis of Dallas was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for Fraud Use/Possession of Identifying Information less than 5 Elderly. He was booked into jail at 6:34 p.m. and his bond is listed at $20,000.00.
19-year-old Kurt Tutuw was arrested by Sterling County Sheriff's Deputies for Deadly Conduct Discharging a Firearm. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:46 a.m. Wednesday. He is being held without bond pending a hearing before a Justice of the Peace. Tutuw has a previous arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.
