SAN ANGELO – 25 individuals were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center in the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including DWI, Drug Possession, Criminal Mischief and Family Violence.
32-year-old Kenneth Jacob 'Jake' Owens was arrested by San Angelo Police for his 3rd or more Driving While Intoxicated after he crashed his car Friday into a parked work truck and trailer injuring a worker. He was booked into jail at 5:18 p.m. Owens is being held without bond.
39-year-old Sabrina Piper was arrested by San Angelo Police for drug possession. She was charged with Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, Possession of less than 1 gram of Hallucinogens, Possession of less than 28 grams of Xanax, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 1:18 a.m. Saturday and her bond is listed at $9,162.00.
