SAN ANGELO – 13 individuals were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the St. Patrick's Day reporting period on charges including Theft of a truck, Drug Possession, and Criminal Trespass charges.
42-year-old David Dean Conklin Jr. was arrested by San Angelo Police Tuesday afternoon for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000. He is being held without bond at this time. Court records show Conklin has been arrested in San Angelo over two dozen times since 2001 for drug, alcohol, burglary and theft charges. He is a suspect in the theft and crash of a bobtail truck in east San Angelo Tuesday. Conklin could be facing additional charges as the investigation into Tuesday's crash continues.
56-year-old Brian Cascadden was arrested Tuesday by San Angelo Police for a parole violation. He was on parole for sex crimes against children. As we reported earlier, Cascadden was sentenced for the heinous crimes in 2018.
