SAN ANGELO – Law enforcement authorities arrested 19 individuals who were then booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Possession of Marijuana, DWI, and Assault.
23-year-old Joshua Garcia was arrested by San Angelo Police on several violent charges including Assault by Contact, Assault by Contact Family Violence, Assault of a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 1:48 a.m. Wednesday and his bond was listed at $2,036.
39-year-old Jarryd Albers was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Container, Driving While License Invalid x2, and Violating a Promise to Appear in Court. He was booked at 11:47 p.m. Tuesday and his bond is listed at $3,870.
Eight of the 19 arrests, or 43%, were on charges of Possession of Marijuana.
