SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 15 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child, Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Car Theft.
44-year-old Christopher Rundle was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers in San Angelo for four Grand Jury Indictment warrants: two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child, one count of Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14, and one count of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. Rundle was booked into jail at 1:39 p.m. According to court records, his bond was set at $100,000 for each count by the 340th District Court.
Jose Perez, 29, was arrested by San Angelo Police Thursday for Aggravated Sexual Assault and seven warrants for unpaid court fines. The sexual assault occurred on Sept. 13, 2022. Perez was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 7:29 p.m. and his bond is listed at $125,000.
23-year-old Luis Romero was arrested by Sterling County Sheriff's Deputies for Theft of Property between $30,000 and $150,000 and for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 2:45 p.m. Thursday and his bond is listed at $45,000.
