SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 16 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Assault of a Pregnant Woman, Racing on the Highway, Drug Possession and DWI.
40-year-old Mario Mares was arrested by San Angelo Police for Racing on the Highway. He was booked at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday and released at 2:28 a.m. Thursday after posting $500 bond.
Jose Miranda, 26, was arrested by San Angelo Police for Racing on the Highway and Driving With an Invalid License. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday and released Thursday morning at 4:28 a.m. after posting $1,190 bond.
Careissy Fraire, 26 was arrested for a Grand Jury Indictment for Assault of a Pregnant Woman. She was booked into jail at 11:23 a.m. Wednesday and released at 1:13 p.m. after posting $15,000 bond.
San Angelo Police arrested 23-year-old Tauzha Mendez for Aggravated Assault of a Date/Household/Family Member with a weapon. She was booked at 7:24 p.m. and no bond was listed.
