SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 18 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Possession of Marijuana and Narcotics, Holdovers for other Jurisdictions, and violations of court orders.
26-year-old Samantha McVinnie was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Interfering with Public Duties. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 5:12 a.m. Friday and her bond was listed at $2,000.
34-year-old Ashley Castillo was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. She was booked at 4:10 a.m. Friday and her bond is listed at $1,662.
Thanh Vongphaeng, 48, was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for a warrant out of Taylor County for COMM Possession of between 4 ozs and 5 lbs of Marijuana. He was booked at 11:07 p.m. Thursday and no bond is listed.
Allen Heldebrand, 36, was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana, Possession of between 1 and 4 grams of Meth/Fentanyl, and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. He was booked at 10:32 p.m. Thursday and his bond was listed at $1,662.
