SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked 11 individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Illegal Window Tint, Attempting to Take Drugs into Jail, and Probation Violations.
47-year-old Eugene Zapata was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers on a slew of charges including UGC (Unauthorized Glass Coating) Window Tint, Theft of Property between $100 and $750, Driving While License Invalid and Failure to Appear in Court. He was booked into the jail at 8:49 p.m. and was released at 10:58 p.m. after posting $3,716 bond.
40-year-old James Cotto was arrested by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies for Possession of less than 2 ozs of Marijuana and Attempting to Take a Prohibited Substance into a Correctional Facility. He was booked at 1:36 a.m. Thursday. His bond has not been set at this time.
