SAN ANGELO – Authorities arrested and booked nine individuals into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on charges including Domestic Assault, Possession of Marijuana and DWI.
63-year-old Rudolfo Benard was arrested by San Angelo Police on a charge of Continuous Violence Against the Family. He was booked at 9:43 p.m. Saturday and is being held without bond pending a hearing by a Magistrate Judge.
37-year-old Melissa Sanders was arrested by San Angelo Police Saturday on a charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence. She was booked into jail at 8:54 p.m. and is being held without bond pending a hearing with a Magistrate Judge.
Timothy Starky, 55, was booked at 7:12 p.m. after being arrested by San Angelo Police on a charge of Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction and Interfering with an Emergency Request for Assistance. His bond is listed at $500 until he appears in front of a Justice of the Peace at a formal Bond Hearing.
One third of the arrests in San Angelo were for Driving While Intoxicated.
