Dangerous Menard Bailout Migrants Still At Large

 

MENARD – The Menard County Sheriff's Office is reporting that several suspects who bailed out of a vehicle Thursday remain at large.  

According to the MCSO, Border Patrol Agents picked up four of the suspects, who are believed to be illegal migrants, detained by the SO, but the other subjects have not been located and possible fled the area on foot.  Residents should continue to keep vehicles and homes locked and be alert to any strangers on their property.  Residents should also call 9-1-1 if anyone unfamiliar is seen.  Do not approach or confront these individuals.  Bail outs have been happening with more frequency and will likely continue.  the MCSO will continue to update. the public when bail outs occur.
