SAN ANGELO – Eight individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Drug Possession & Failing to Pay Court Assessed Fines.
35-year-old Emily Oliveira was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers for drug possession. She was booked into the Tom Green County Jail Monday at 11:24 a.m. and charged with Possession of less than 2 ons of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG-2, Hallucinogens including THC, less than 1gram and Possession of a Controlled Substance, PG-2, Hallucinogens including THC, between 2 grams and 400 grams. Her bond was set at $51,000.
44-year-old Jason McGee was picked up by San Angelo Police Monday afternoon for not paying court assessed fines. McGee was cited on July 2, 2021 for three boating violations; Failure to Display Identification, Violating a No Ski Area, and Over Passenger Capacity on a Water Vessel. He was booked into the jail and was being held without bond pending a hearing before a Magistrate Judge.
