Possession of Fentanyl, Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia & Public Lewdness Arrests Top Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO – 6 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Center over the last 24 hours on a variety of charges including Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia, Public Lewdness and Driving While Intoxicated.

As we reported first one Wednesday, 40-year-old Blanca Cajas was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon following an altercation at Giz & Hums pool hall.  

57-year-old Stanley De Leon was arrested by San Angelo Police for Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession & Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear in Court.  He was booked into the jail at 8:44 p.m. Wednesday and his bond was set at $1,926.

18-year-old Ayssa Delarosa was arrested by San Angelo Police for Public Lewdness.  Public Lewdness is defined as "A person commits an offense if the person knowingly engages in any of the following acts in a public place or, if not in a public place, the person is reckless about whether another is present who will be offended or alarmed by the person's act of sexual intercourse; act of deviate sexual intercourse;  or act of sexual contact.  An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor."

Delarosa was booked into the jail at 2:33 p.m. and released at 4:43 p.m. after posting $500 bond.
