The soon to be UN employed Zapata should serve a maximum jail sentence x 5, based solely on the fact that he is an enforcer of the law and is presented as a role model. Although some cops do stupid and illegal things, I can honestly say I've never heard of a shoplifting cop. I know he makes a decent salary, so this must be some kind of psychological compulsion. Otherwise, kiss your badge and pension away Zappo.
