BOOKING REPORT: San Angelo Police Arrest Suspect for Driving While High on Whippets

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 10 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Tuesday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 10 arrests on Tuesday.

  • A man was arrested for inhalant paraphernalia use or possession to inhale and driving while intoxicated at 12:39 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was released at 10:28 a.m.

There are currently 550 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green Detention Facility on Tuesday, Jun. 14, 2022:
  • Daniel Minor was arrested for inhalant paraphernalia use or possession to inhale and driving while intoxicated at 12:39 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was released at 10:28 a.m.
  • Raymond Villarreal was arrested for obstruction of a highway passageway at 12:59 a.m.  His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 3:58 p.m.
  • Joan Chapman was arrested for MTR prohibited substance in a correctional facility at 10:16 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Mario Jio was arrested for assault to a family member with by impeding breath and circulation at 12:39 p.m. His bond was set at $30,000.
  • Shawna Campbell was arrested for resisting arrest and criminal trespassing at 1:02 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000.
  • Tyquan Black was arrested for parking on left and was jailed for COMM unauthorized use of a vehicle at 2:32 p.m. His bond was set at $324.
  • Randall Carmen was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 3:31 p.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was released at 7:13 p.m.
  • Kimberly Ramirez was arrested for continuous violence against the family at 5:57 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Vonessa Benningfield was arrested for theft of a property at 7:56 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and he was released at 10:58 p.m.
  • Elise Bejil was arrested for RPR failure to identify by giving false info and 10 MISC CPF at 8:56 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
