Memorial Day Weekend Booking Report Filled with Aggravated Assault Arrests

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 53 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility over Memorial Day Weekend.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 53 arrests on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday including the following:

  • Francisco Balderas was arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 at 11:44 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Tanner Mrazek was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 12:14 a.m. His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Richard Robertson was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 8:04 p.m,. His bond was set at $50,000.

There are currently 549 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Friday, May 27, 2022:

  • Paul Zipper was arrested for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest, and a MISC parole violation at 12:51 a.m. His bond was set at $210,000.
  • James Smith was jailed for COMM sex offenders duty to register for life annually at 2:05 a.m.
  • Jordan Velez was arrested for theft of a property between $150,000 to $200,000 at 9:34 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Francisco Balderas was arrested for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 at 11:44 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • John Norman was jailed for COMM driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 12:06 p.m. He was released Monday at 12:58 p.m.
  • Gloria Mendoza was arrested for three MISC CPF at 4:31 p.m. She was released Monday at 9:43 a.m.
  • Elias Nanes was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 6:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Corey Lawson was arrested for VOP DWLI with a previous conviction, DLWI, expired vehicle registration, one MISC CPF, and two MISC VPTA at 6:40 p.m. His bond was set at $2,910
  • Alexis Rickels was arrested for MTR injury to a child/elderly/disables that caused reckless serious bodily injury at 6:42 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Wayne Fieglein was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 7:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Cody Anderson was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 7:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Timothy Roberts was arrested for burglary of building at 7:09 p.m. His blind was set at $10,000.
  • Ashley Belcher was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 8:39 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Saturday, May 28, 2022:

  • Robert Alvarez was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction and possession of marijuana at 1:27 a.m. His bond was set at $36,000.
  • Lacy Amyx was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:32 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was released the following day at 7:28 p.m.
  • Ted Letellier was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 2:45 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was released the following day at 3:43 p.m.
  • Jose Gomez was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance at 3:15 p.m. His bond was set at $16,000.
  • Ruby Carlin was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 5:56 p.m. Her bond was set at $12,000 and she was released Monday at 4:43 p.m.
  • Joe Hidalgo was arrested for MTR aggravated robbery at 6:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Raymundo Luna was arrested for his first driving while intoxicated at 7:33 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following day at 9:28 a.m.
  • Alicia Sheffield was arrested for class c assault - family violence at 9:12 p.m. Her bond was set at $512 and she was released the following day at 9:28 a.m.
  • Richard Skelton was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Nathaniel Ramos was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 11:15 p.m. His bond was set at $16,000 and he was released the following day at 1:13 p.m.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Sunday, May 29, 2022:

  • James Guthrie was arrested for class c assault to a peace officer, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and evading arrest at 1:07 a.m. His bond was set at $8,512 and he was released at 3:58 p.m.
  • Stehpanie Chapoy was arrested for possession of marijuana, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance at 3:01 a.m. Her bond was set at $31,000.
  • Efren Delatorre was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information and disorderly conduct by discharging a firearm at 3:52 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was released at 1:13 p.m.
  • Jorge Rivera was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and failure to stop and leave information at 6:38 a.m. His bond was set at $7,900.
  • Cedric Washington was arrested for public intoxication at 7:15 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 6:43 p.m.
  • Francisco Lopez was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 3:28 p.m His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Jason Miller was arrested for third or more driving while intoxicated and striking a fixture at 6:41 p.m. His bond was set at $31,500.
  • Brenton Petty was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 7:50 p.m. His bond was set at $512 and he was released the following day at 12:13 p.m.
  • Richard Robertson was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 8:04 p.m,. His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Whitney Smith was arrested for public intoxication at 9:35 p.m. Her bond was set at $462 and she was released the following day at 3:28 p.m.
  • Gabriel Garcia was arrested for DOC abusive language at 10:37 p.m. His bond was set at $412 and he was released the following morning at 10:43 a.m.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Monday, May 30, 2022:

  • Tanner Mrazek was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 12:14 a.m. His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Jeremiah Emslie was arrested for criminal mischief and public intoxication at 12:43 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 11:58 a.m.
  • Louis Gist was arrested for public intoxication at 3:22 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 11:28 a.m.
  • Isaiah Carson was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:39 a.m. His bond was set at $1,162 and he was released at 6:13 a.m.
  • Cezario Garcia was arrested for GOB criminal mischief, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, GJI evading arrest with a previous conviction, failure to identify as a fugitive with intent to give false information, unlawful possession of firearm by a felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and GOB criminal trespassing at 11:02 a.m. His bond was set at $80,662.
  • Anna Garcia was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:36 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,500.
  • Kari Williams was arrested for four MISC CPF and a MISC FTA at 6:02 p.m. Her bond was set at $502.
  • Khari Brown was arrested for CPF failure to identify by giving false information, no DL, and one MISC VPTA at 6:54 p.m. His bond was set at $1,172.
  • David Rangel was arrested for 10 MISC CPF at 7:27 p.m. He was released the following day at 1:43 a.m.
  • Pedro Sandoval was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:12 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following day at 12:43 a.m.
