Violent Assault Tops Wednesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO – 15 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 15 arrests on Wednesday including the following:

  • Donald Watford was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 8:45 p.m. His bond was set at $50,000.

There are currently 548 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday, May 25, 2022:

  • Angela Davidson was arrested for GOB assault to a family member with a previous conviction.
  • Ashley Yell was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 1:02 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Thomas Gonzales was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 8:49 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000.
  • Juanita Mendoza was arrested for GJI theft of a property with two or more previous convictions at 8:58 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Roberto Mejia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 10:52 a.m. He was released at 12:28 p.m.
  • Eric Arp was arrested for public intoxication at 12:51 p.m. His bond was set at $440 and he was released at 9:13 p.m.
  • Montrealisha Bergen was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 3:41 p.m. Her bond was set at $75,000.
  • Lapaulashia Green-Scaggs was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle and MISC parole violation at 4:02 p.m. Her bond was set at $75,000.
  • Heather Spataro was arrested for six MISC CPF at 4:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • John Henry was arrested for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury at 6:52 p.m. He was released at 7:58 p.m.
  • Joseph Roberts was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:56 p.m. His bond was set at $500. 
  • Ruben Bergara was arrested for failure to yield the right of way in private property and eight MISC CPF at 8:43 p.m His bond was set at $640.
  • Donald Watford was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 8:45 p.m. His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Joseph Gonzales was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 10:17 p.m. His bond was set at 10:17 p.m. His bond was set at $11,000.
  • Toby Smith was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated, DLWI with a previous conviction, and three MISC CPF at 11:04 p.m. His bond was set at $5,500.
