San Angelo Man Sentenced for Lewd Assault of a Child

 

SAN ANGELO – A San Angelo man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to the sexual assault of a child.

Jakob Tucker, 20, will spend the next 6 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after taking a plea deal for the sexual assault of a child younger than 17.

According to court documents, on June 3, 2021, Tucker was arrested for intentionally and knowingly causing the penetration of a child’s sexual organ with his sexual organ. He was arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on July 10, 2021.

Jakob Tucker will be required to register as a sex offender.
