San Angelo Man Indicted for Fraud and Possession of Stolen Credit Cards

 

SAN ANGELO, TX- A San Angelo man has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury for fraud after he was found to be in possession of multiple credit cards that belonged to other individuals.

Lucio Solano was found to allegedly be in possession of 17 credit cards from three different individuals. 15 credit cards belonged to one individual and two cards from two different individuals. He is also charged with possession less than 5 items of identifying information from one person.

In February of this year, Solano was indicted on theft charges where he unlawfully took a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Mitchell Buick-GMC.

Lucio Solano was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on April 26, 2022 and has a $30,000.00 bond.
