Several Driving While Intoxicated Arrests Tops the Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 45 suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility over the weekend.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 45 arrests on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday including the following:

  • Philip Martinez was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 12:10 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released at 12:58 p.m.
  • Simon Maxey was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 7:43 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Manuel Tran was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Christopher Banks was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:39 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Colter Worden was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:01 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 8:13 a.m.
  • Zackrey Vaughn was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 3:19 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 9:43 a.m.
  • Sydney Timms was arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of tobacco at 3:29 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,346 and she was released at 11:13 a.m.

There are currently 535 inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Friday, Mar. 18, 2022:

  • Philip Martinez was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 12:10 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released at 12:58 p.m.
  • Maurice Brown was arrested for possession of marijauna and two MISC CPF at 12:20 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • Anthony Lovell was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 1:59 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was released at 11:43 a.m.
  • Antonio Barrera was arrested for two DWLI, speeding, criminal trespassing, two MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 4:35 a.m. His bond was set at $5,406 and he was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:50 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 7:58 a.m.
  • Simon Maxey was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 7:43 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Oral Thorp was jailed for COMM criminal negligent homicide at 8:37 a.m. He was released Sunday at 6:28 p.m.
  • Albert Chavez was arrested for one MISC FTA, MISC failure to maintain financial responsibility, and MISC nonpayment child support at 2:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jose Torres was arrested for MTR sex offenders duty to register for life annually at 2:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Fallon Allison was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument at 2:50 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released at 3:58 p.m.
  • Krystiana Rafcliffe was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, VOP criminal trespassing, and one MISC FTA at 3:26 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,264.
  • Pamela Ramirez was arrested for GOB assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 3:34 p.m. She was released at 4:58 p.m.
  • Eric Poole was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 5:49 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was released the following day at 11:28 a.m.
  • Jason Esquivel was arrested for DWLI and one MISC CPF at 10:16 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:43 a.m.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Saturday, Mar. 19, 2022:

  • Michael Andros was arrested for seven MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 12:04 a.m. His bond was set at $502 and he was released at 2:28 a.m.
  • Kristie Mills was arrested for MTR continuous violence against the family at 12:07 a.m. Her bond was set at $10,000.
  • Michael Short was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, DWLI with a previous conviction, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:21 a.m. His bond was set at $19,662.
  • Julissa Gutierrez was arrested for assault by contact to a family member at 1:51 a.m. Her bond was set at $512.
  • John Padilla was arrested for aggravated assault that caused serious bodily injury and GJI assault of a pregnant person at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $50,000.
  • Manuel Tran was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Mark Arizola was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 3:04 a.m. His bond was set at $8,500.
  • Christopher Banks was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:39 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Amy Nichols was arrested for assault that cause bodily injury to a family member at 4:45 p.m. She was released the following day at 10:43 a.m.
  • Aaron Conn was arrested for four MISC CPF at 4:59 p.m. He was released at 7:13 p.m.
  • Rodolfo Mercado was arrested for six MISC CPF at 5:51 p.m. He was released at 9:13 p.m.
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:09 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released the following day at 7:43 a.m.
  • Angalyn Eivens was arrested for public intoxication at 8:21 p.m. Her bond was set at $462 and she was released the following day at 1:28 a.m.
  • Morgan Palmour was arrested for DOC - affray at 9:40 p.m. Her bond was set at $462 and she was released the following day at 1:58 a.m.
  • Breana Lohse was arrested for DOC affray at 9:41 p.m. Her bond was set at $462 and she was released the following day at 2:28 a.m.
  • Rocky Ramirez was arrested for a MISC parole violation at 10:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • John Ayala was arrested for J/N burglary of a habitation at 11:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Melissa Perfecto-Gonzalez was arrested for class c assault to a police officer and class c assault against a family member at 11:43 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,024 and she was released the following day at 7:43 a.m.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Sunday, Mar. 20, 2022:

  • Debra Netherton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:01 a.m. Her bond was set at $15,000.
  • Savannah Lopez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 12:51 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released at 5:43 a.m.
  • Colter Worden was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:01 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 8:13 a.m.
  • Juan Garza was arrested for J/N unauthorized use of a vehicle and J/N tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 3:04 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Zackrey Vaughn was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 3:19 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 9:43 a.m.
  • Sydney Timms was arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and minor in possession of tobacco at 3:29 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,346 and she was released at 11:13 a.m.

  • Roberto Deleon was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a MISC parole violation at 9:27 p.m. His bond was set at $1,662.
  • Jorge Resendez was arrested evading arrest with a vehicle at 10:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Robert Rios was arrested for reckless driving at 11:13 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Leslie Zapata was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury and assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 11:13 p.m. Her bond was set at $12,500.
