Thursday's Booking Report Filled with Possession Charges

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 19 suspects were arrested in Tom Green County on Thursday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 19 arrests on Thursday including the following:

  • Justin Yant was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 3 p.m. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Gary Rightsell was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two MISC CPFs at 4:26 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000.
  • John Kolster was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, DWLI, failure to control speed, possession of drug paraphernalia, three MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 1:15 p.m. His bond was set at $6,967.

There are currently 520 inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022:

  • Shanda Carter was arrested for possession of marijuana and two MISC CPF at 12:09 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000. 
  • Lauren Tucker was arrested for class c assault on a family member at 12:55 a.m. Her bond was set at $512 and she was released at 8:43 a.m.
  • Ruby Lopez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:48 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released 8:43 a.m.
  • Gary Rightsell was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two MISC CPFs at 4:26 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000.
  • Regino Villarreal was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing at 5:13 a.m. His bond was set at $1,162 and he was released at 8:58 a.m.
  • Stacey Pena was arrested for theft of a property at 8:32 a.m. She was released at 10:13 a.m.
  • Joe Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:52 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Stacy Kelly was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance and a MISC FTA at 10:41 a.m.
  • Jeremiah Matlock was arrested for theft of a property at 12:35 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 5:13 a.m.
  • John Kolster was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, DWLI, failure to control speed, possession of drug paraphernalia, three MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 1:15 p.m. His bond was set at $6,967.
  • Michael Baca was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 2:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Marco Martinez was jailed for five MISC COMM at 3 p.m.
  • Justin Yant was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 3 p.m. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Niebez Mendez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:18 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released the following day at 7:28 a.m.
  • Hector Garcia was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 7:32 p.m. He was released at 10:13 a.m.
  • Rusty Mann was arrested for three MISC CPF at 7:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • James Walker was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and two MISC CPF at 8:20 p.m His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Antonio Barrera was arrested for DWLI, speeding, one MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 9:15 p.m. His bond was set at $4,404 and he was released the following day at 7:43 a.m.
  • Maria Martiarena was arrested for VOP theft of a property, VOP criminal mischief, VOP possession of marijuana, and VOP criminal trespassing at 10:26 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
