WATCH: Dog & Child Survive Crash Near H-E-B

 

SAN ANGELO – One driver was injured and a child and dog survived a two pickup crash in San Angelo Thursday afternoon in front of the old H-E-B on Ave. N. 

According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Long, a Black Toyota Tundra was eastbound on Ave. N.  There was a white Chevrolet pickup attempting to pull out of the private drive at H-E-B onto Ave. N.  

The Chevy failed to yield the right of way and turned into the path of the Tundra causing the vehicles to crash in the intersection.

The driver of the Tundra was transported to the hospital by ambulance with non life-threatening injuries.  

There was a child passenger and a dog in the Tundra.  Both were uninjured. 

The driver of the white pickup was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way while turning out of a private drive.
