Rights are derived from the principal of Self Ownership. I possessing my body own my body, property being an extension of that. To own something is to possess it, control its usage. And from Self Ownership the Principal of Non-Aggression and the Principal of Self Defense are derived. Non aggression meaning recognition that I owning me and my stuff and you owning you and your stuff do not aggress or initiate harm to another's person or property. The  Self Defense Principal being recognition that to aggress on another's person or property being a violation of one's rights Self Defensive use of force is justified in ending said aggression. Rights being innumerable you do not have a right to deem a substance 'illegal' through any process, and you cannot create the right to steal another's property and cage them. That is a violent immoral act that does not exist as a right. Period the end. These thugs commuted theft, coercion, and abduction and that is the only criminal act I see.
