Public Intoxication Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 22 suspects were arrested in Tom Green County on Monday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 22 arrests on Monday including the following:

  • Walter Whitehead was arrested for public intoxication at 6:36 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released the following day at 8:43 a.m.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for public intoxication at 1:12 p.m. His bond was set at $662.

There are currently 523 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Feb. 28, 2022:

  • Dhalia Butchee was arrested for possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 12:27 a.m. Her bond was set at $28,500 and she was released at 1:13 p.m.
  • Paige Wesley was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana, VOP of a criminal trespassing, one MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA  at 12:29 a.m. His bond was set at $482.
  • Jessica Rosenthal was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:51 a.m. She was released at 10:58 a.m.
  • Wesley Clary was arrested for J/N evading arrest with a vehicle and was jailed for eight MISC COMM at 12:54 a.m.
  • Joshua Garcia was arrested for speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC parole violation, and one MISC VPTA at 1:05 a.m. His bond was set at $1,868.
  • Leland King was arrested for CPF DWLI with a previous conviction and DWLI with a previous conviction at 1:34 a.m. His bon was set at $500 and he was released at 4:58 a.m.
  • Marcy Garcia was arrested for GOB theft of a property with two or more previous conviction, resisting arrest, RPR evading arrest detention, GOB tampering with physical evident with intent to impair, and J/N failure to identify by a fugitive with intent by giving false information at 9:24 a.m. Her bond was set at $500.
  • Fransisco Pena was jailed for evading arrest at 10:04 a.m. He was released at 1:43 p.m.
  • Monica Mares was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:21 a.m. She was released at 12:58 p.m.
  • Arizona Garza was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:30 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was released at 12:43 p.m.
  • Briana Adams was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 10:50 a.m. She was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Leanna Markwell was arrested for criminal mischief at 11:11 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released at 12:58 p.m.
  • Selina Ynez Deluna was arrested for two counts of VOP theft of a property at 12:19 p.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and she was released at 3:13 p.m.
  • Anthony Garcia was arrested for public intoxication at 1:12 p.m. His bond was set at $662.
  • Juan Morales was arrested for MTR assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, MTR possession of a controlled substance, two counts of DWLI, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and two MISC FTA at 2:10 p.m. His bond was set at $5,052.
  • Jennifer Aguirre was jailed for COMM theft of a property at 2:39 p.m. She was released at 5:58 p.m.
  • Jorge Rangel was jailed for his second driving while intoxicated at 4:26 p.m. 
  • Juan Torres was arrested for GOB burglary of a vehicle, GOB criminal trespassing, and RPR criminal trespassing at 5:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Walter Whitehead was arrested for public intoxicated at 6:36 p.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released the following day at 8:43 a.m.
  • Stephanie Kelly was arrested for alarm users without permit and three MISC CPF at 8:33 p.m. His bond was set at $652 and se was released at 11:43 p.m.
  • Ruben Salazar was arrested for J/N assault that caused bodily injury at 8:56 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Juan Morales was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and reckless driving at 11:45 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500.
