Aggravated Assaults Top Friday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – 19 suspects were arrested in Tom Green County on Friday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 19 arrests on Friday including the following:

  • Oral Thorp was arrested for criminal negligent homicide at 7:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Carlos Morales was arrested for aggravated sexual assault at 2:21 p.m. His bond was set at $250,000.
  • Manuel Rivas was arrested for GOB aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Rivas was place on a MISC ICE hold at 5:01 p.m.

There are currently 523 inmates at the TGCDF as of Saturday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Friday, Feb. 25:

  • Tyler Dillinger was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:55 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 4:58 a.m.
  • Billie Dean was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 3:19 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was released at 4:58 a.m.
  • Oral Thorp was arrested for criminal negligent homicide at 7:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jared Parent was arrested for criminal mischief, failure to display ID, no proof of financial responsibility, MISC possession of a controlled substance, and three MISC VPTA at 1:18 p.m.
  • Carlos Morales was arrested for aggravated sexual assault at 2:21 p.m. His bond was set at $250,000.
  • Christopher Hopkins was arrested for GJI continuous violence against the family at 3:20 p.m. He was released at 4:43 p.m.
  • Manuel Rivas was arrested for GOB aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Rivas was place on a MISC ICE hold at 5:01 p.m.
  • Dwight Bradford was arrested for criminal trespassing at 5:17 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and he was released at 7:43 p.m.
  • Teauna Blash was arrested for GJI assault to an EMS personnel who was providing service at 5:16 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Tyler Davis was arrested for GJI continuous violence against the family at 5:34 p.m. He was released at 8:13 p.m.
  • Felix Holguin was arrested for third or more driving while intoxicated at 5:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Maria Salazar was arrested for RPR driving while intoxicated at 6:05 p.m. She was released at 8:13 p.m.
  • Sandra Owens was arrested for theft of a property, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and MTR evading arrest with a vehicle at 6:54 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Carlos Encinas was arrested for assault to a family member by impressing breath and continuous violence against the family at 6:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Maribel Fernandez was arrested for possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance at 7:04 p.m. Her bond was set at $8,500.
  • Matthew Bout was arrested for VOP theft of a property, public intoxication, and two MISC CPFs at 8:52 p.m. His bond was set at $1,024.
  • Justin Malloy was arrested for expired DL, expired registration, failure to display a DL, no proof of financial responsibility, speeding, one MISC FTA, and seven MISC VPTA at 10:30 p.m. His bond was set at $9,354.
  • Brandon Shannon was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:48 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500.
  • Keesha Magallen was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 11:57 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
