DWI Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday, Feb. 17:

• Francisco Fanelle was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:43 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 10:58 a.m.
• Jose Gonzalez was arrested for one MISC CPF and three MISC FTA at 1:36 a.m. His bond was set at $1,506 and was released at 3:13 a.m.
• Leanna Markwell was arrested for class c assault, two MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 2:18 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,297 and she was released at 4:43 p.m. 
• Christopher Lopez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest with a vehicle, and evading arrest with a previous conviction at 3:52 a.m. His bond is set at $27,500.
• Terry Hidalgo was arrested for three MISC CPF at 4:46 a.m. She was released at 6:13 a.m.
• Valentine Quintana was jailed for COMM possession of marijuana at 9:03 a.m. 
• Luis Fuentez was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 9:42 a.m. He was released at 12:43 p.m.
• Kennedy Buxton was arrested for RPR driving while intoxicated at 9:52 a.m. She was released at 1:13 p.m.
• Andrew Madrigal was booked for a MSIC TDCJ hold over at 1:02 p.m. He was released from the jail back into TDCJ custody at 8:28 a.m. 
• Brayam Torres was booked for a MISC TDCJ hold over at 1:03 p.m He was released from the jail back into TDCJ custody at 8:28 a.m. 
• Eric Aguillon was arrested for GJI capital murder by terror threat or other felony at 2:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Jesse Hunt was arrested for VOP criminal trespassing at 2:50 p.m. He was released at 4:28 p.m. 
• Daniel De La Rosa was arrested for VOP racing on highway at 3:20 p.m. He was released at 4:13 p.m.
• Heather Edwards was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana and trash on property at 4:15 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,674.
• Tevin Morrissette was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 4:31 p.m.
• Simon Suarez was arrested for harassment at 4:43 p.m. His bond was set at $500.
• Victoria Guerrero was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 7:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000.
• Lucio Solano was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, no DL, no LP, no proof of financial responsibility, no registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:22 p.m. His bond was set at $2,394.
• Kevin Hunter was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 8:06 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following morning at 7:28 a.m.
• Kevin Thorp was arrested for class c theft, possession of a controlled substance, and one MISC FTA at 8:17 p.m. His bond was set at $1,046.
• Spartacus Redfeather was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 9:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Monica Biera was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $662. 
• James Davis was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 10 p.m. His bond was set at $662.
