Crimes Involving Firearms Tops Wednesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO – 13 Suspects were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Wednesday.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 13 arrests on Wednesday including the following suspects:

  • Michael Garfias was arrested for deadly conduct by discharging a firearm at 4:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jessica Cisneros was arrested for aggravated assault to a family member with a deadly weapon at 6:18 p.m.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Tuesday:

  • Bill Carty was arrested for one MISC CPF at 1:33 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:43 a.m.
  • Jose Gonzales was arrested for theft of a property and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 2:06 a.m. His bond was set at $20,662.
  • Arthur Canava was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 3:32 a.m. His bond was set at $20,000.
  • Montie Fisher was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 11:21 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Mark Grant was arrested for MISC expired vehicle inspection, MISC failure to maintain financial responsibility, MISC no DL, MISC speeding and one MISC VPTA at 2:39 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:13 p.m.
  • Michael Garfias was arrested for deadly conduct by discharging a firearm at 4:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Maria Asebedo was arrested for theft of a property, DWLI, and a criminal trespassing at 5:01 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,190.
  • Jessica Cisneros was arrested for aggravated assault to a family member with a weapon at 6:18 p.m.
  • Gladness Thomas was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Simon Hernandez was arrested for MTR possession of controlled substance, six MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 6:56 p.m. His bond was set at $502.
  • Weston Walcott was arrested for resisting arrest and criminal trespassing at 7:05 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following morning at 3:28 a.m. 
  • Johnny Rodriguez was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 10 MISC CPF at 10:20 p.m. His bond was set at $1,662.
  • Ray Anthony Rivas was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 10:49 p.m.
