The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Michael Martinez was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 7:23 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $150,000.00.
- James Franklin was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G and TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 12:27 a.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day on $70,000.00 bond.
There are currently 534 inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Thursday, February 3, 2022:
- Monica Hogeda was arrested for DOC- NOISE at 1:26 a.m. Hogeda’s bond has been set at $362.00.
- Brayam Torres was arrested for MISC TDCJ HOLDOVER at 1:47 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Michael Martinez was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 7:23 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $150,000.00.
- Roger Spencer was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G and MISC CPF x1 at 11:49 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- James Franklin was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G and TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 12:27 a.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day on $70,000.00 bond.
- Nicolas Aguirre was arrested for SPEEDING- 15-24 MPH OVER POSTED SPEED ZONE 51 MPH IN A 35 MPH ZONE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC VPTA x1 at 7:15 p.m. and was released at 10:13 p.m. the same day on $1,894.00 bond.
- Josue Opregon was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/I FIN RES at 6:07 p.m. and was released at 11:28 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
