The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Seth Davis was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED W/CHILD UNDER 15YOA at 9:41 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Courtney Seymour was arrested for DEL MARIJ >=5 LBS<=50 LBS, POSS CS PG 2 >-4G<200G, and TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 6:07 p.m. Seymour’s bond has been set at $55,000.00.
There are currently 535 inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Chase Untermeyer was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # OF ITEMS <5, POSS DANGEROUS DRUG, POSS CS PG 1/1-B <=1G<4G, and POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G at 2:14 a.m. Untermeyer’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Timothy Crawford was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G, and POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G at 2:14 a.m. Crawford’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Rebecca Bricken was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5 and POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 2:18 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Robert Marks was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and INTERFER W/EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 3:26 a.m. Marks’ bond has been set at $3,000.00.
- Rosy Bryant was arrested for MISC CPF x4 and MISC FTA at 11:35 a.m. Bryant’s bond has been set at $502.00.
- Jimmy Porras was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 12:56 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Marco Coney was arrested for GJI* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 3:17 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Courtney Seymour was arrested for DEL MARIJ >=5 LBS<=50 LBS, POSS CS PG 2 >-4G<200G, and TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR at 6:07 p.m. Seymour’s bond has been set at $55,000.00.
- Maria Gaona was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:56 p.m. and no bond has been set.
