Possession of the Devil's Lettuce Arrests Tops Tuesday Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The majority of suspects booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday were for possession of drugs.

The San Angelo Police Department, the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety made 22 arrests over the weekend including the following:

  • Ross Weatherford was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 4:56 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Devin Capehart was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 3:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jeremy Morris was jailed COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.

There are currently 536 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility on Tuesday:

  • Thomas Baze was arrested for possession of marijuana, two counts possession of a controlled substance, and a MISC parole violation at 2:14 a.m. His bond has not been set at $11,000.
  • Angela Arthur was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:21 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,420 and she was released at 6:43 a.m. 
  • Suelian Trinidad-Ortiz was arrested for two MISC CPF at 3:48 a.m. She was released at 3:43 p.m.
  • Elise Bejil was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information at 4:05 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and she was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Sophia Govea was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 4:07 p.m. Her bond was set at $11,000 and she was released at 12:13 p.m.
  • Isaiah Juarez was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 4:10 a.m. His bond was set at $11,000 and he was released at 11:13 a.m.
  • Mykah Saldivar was arrested for possession of controlled substance at 4:11 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:13 a.m.
  • Christopher Dunlap was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:57 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was released at 1:28 p.m.
  • Ruben Magallan was arrested for a MISC U.S. Marshal Hold at 9:31 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • David Jasso was arrested for GOB robbery, GOB unauthorized use of a vehicle, GOB possession of a controlled substance, and MO unlawful carrying weapon at 9:37 a.m. 
  • James McCarley was arrested for public intoxication at 12:26 p.m. His bond was set at $462.
  • Mark Charles was arrested for evading arrest detention with a vehicle at 1:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Justine Harding was arrested for a MISC U.S. Marshal Hold at 1:45 p.m. Her bond was set at this time.
  • Jeremy Morris was jailed COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Devin Capehart was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance at 3:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Johnathon Marin was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 4:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Ross Weatherford was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 4:56 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Monica Wilkins was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 7:11 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Kristofer Murdoch was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation, MTR possession of a controlled substance, defective brake lights, no proof of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC FTA at 8:28 p.m. His bond was set at $2,412.
  • Michael Sanders was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of soliciting from roadway, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and five MISC FTA at 8:54 p.m. His bond was set at $5,592.
  • Regino Villarreal was arrested for six MISC CPF at 10:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Every Fierro was arrested for class c assault against a family member at 11:56 p.m. His bond has been set at $512.
