Botched Human Smuggling Attempt Lands a Number of Illegals on This Weekend's Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 548 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

The following people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Friday:

  • John Gargan was arrested for cruelty to non-livestock animals by failing to provide at 10:18 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was released at 12:28 p.m.
  • Zachery Fournier was arrested for fraud by possessing more than five IDs, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance at 12:17 p.m. His bond was set at $46,000 and he was released the following day at 5:58 p.m.
  • Yolanda Saldana was arrested for one MISC CPF at 12:34 p.m. She was released the following day at 6:28 p.m.
  • Bill Brown was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana and GOB fleeing police officer at 1:47 p.m. He was released at 6:58 p.m.
  • Estevan Murillo was arrested for MTR unauthorized use of a vehicle and MTR possession of a controlled substance at 1:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Travis Houts was arrested for evading arrest at 1:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Nikolai Negron was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:14 p.m.
  • Ruben Garcia was jailed for COMM theft from person at 3:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • James Rumsey was arrested for buryers tag-expired, no proof of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, four MISC CPF, two MISC FTA, and two MISC VPTA at 3:40 p.m. His bond is set at $4,228.
  • Paul Oates was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon and his second driving while intoxicated at 3:59 p.m. his bond was set at $2,000 and he was released the following day at 11:43 a.m.
  • Lorne Roach was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:20 p.m. His bond was set at $100,000.
  • David Rodriguez was arrested for murder at 6:14 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000,000.
  • Maria Del Carmen Aimerich-Reyes was placed on a MISC ICE Hold at 9:02 p.m.
  • Esperanza Concepcion-Perez was placed on a MISC ICE hold at 9:03 p.m.
  • Eric Estabrook was jailed for two GJI for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 9:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Carlos Armando Parada-Rodriguez was jailed for a MISC ICE hold at 9:31 p.m.
  • Zane Owen was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:43 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following day at at 2:28 a.m.
  • Terrell Runer was arrested for sexual assault of a child at 10:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Brittany Craig was arrested for class c assault and driving whil  intoxicated at 10:21 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,512 and she was released the following day at 7:28 a.m.
  • Elizabeth Michael was arrested for injury to a child with intent to cause bodily injury and interfering with emergency request for assistance at 11 p.m. Her bond was set at $500.

The following people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Saturday:

  • Timothy Samaniego was arrested for public intoxication at 1:57 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 10:28 a.m.
  • Dominic Torres was arrested for resting arrest and criminal trespassing at 2:37 a.m. Hi bond was set at $1,000 and he was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Francisco Juarez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:41 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and he was released at 12:43 p.m.
  • Daniel Zamudio was arrested for public intoxication at 2:43 a.m. His bond was set at $462 and he was released at 7:43 a.m.
  • Edwin Flott was arrested for public intoxication and seven MISC FTA at 3:37 a.m. His bond was set at $6,224 and he was released at 7:58 am.
  • Kacey Dennis was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 6:43 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was released at 8:43 a.m.
  • Boyd Smith was arrested for class c assault against a family member at 7:31 a.m. His bond was set at $512 and he was released at 3:13 p.m.
  • Michael Barker was arrested for displaying fictitious license plates at 9:58 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was released at 9:58 a.m.
  • Anna Maupin was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, two MISC CPFs, and one MISC FTA at 3:19 p.m. Her bond is set at $502.
  • Noe Gonzalo Silva-Vasques was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 4:33 p.m.
  • Adrian Reyes-Hernandez was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 4:42 p.m.
  • Abigail Hernandez-Reyes was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 4:46 p.m.
  • Americo Henriques-Diaz was arrested for smuggling persons and was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 4:54 p.m.
  • Nancy Marcela Rojas-Gomez was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 4:58 p.m.
  • Lorena Guzman-Santiago was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 5:06 p.m.
  • Dalia Ximena Hernandez-Reyes was placed on a MISC Border Patrol Hold at 5:14 p.m.
  • Alcario Guerra was jailed for COMM possession of a controlled substance.
  • Aaron Lange was arrested for continuous violence against the family at 6:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Angela Davidson was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 6:45 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • William Abalos was arrested for delivery marijuana over 1/4 ounce but under 5 pounds at 7:59 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Joshua Munoz was arrested for delivery marijuana over 1/4 ounce but under 5 pounds and possession of a prohibited subtsance in a correctional facility at 8:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Ramiro Trejo-Covarrubiaz was arrested for accident involving serious bodily injure at 8:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Paul Paschal was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 9:09 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and he was released the following day at 3:58 a.m.
  • Edwin Flott was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:39 p.m. His bond was set at $500.
  • Cody Jonas was arrested for driving while intoxicated and striking an unattended vehicle at 10:49 p.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was released the following day at 4:13 a.m.
  • Cipriano Aguilera was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction and resisting arrest at 11:13 p.m. His bond was set at $500.

The following people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Sunday:

  • Dominic Torres was arrest  for harassment of a public servant, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing at 12:06 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Juan Morales was arrested for possession of marijuana, driving while license invalid, DWLI, twi counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC FTA at 12:21 am. His bond was set at $4,878 and he was released at 8:28 a.m.
  • Juan Rivas was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury, RPR driving while intoxicated, and J/I Driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15 at 2:39 a.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was released at 5:28 p.m.
  • Destiny Delarosa was arrested for expired vehicle registration, failure to display DL, failure to stop at a red light, failure to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, three counts of no proof of financial responsibility, two children under the age of eight without a seatbelt, vacate closest lane to emergency vehicles, one MISC FTA, and 10 MISC VPTA at 2:47a.m. Her bond was set at $13,996 and she was released at 8:28 a.m.
  • Alicia Hernandez was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 3:55 a.m.. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was released at 2:43 p.m.
  • Seven Cardoza was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 4:30 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jett Byler was arrested for evading arrest and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 4:31 a.m. His bond was set at $10,500 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Joseph Moya was arrested for possession of marijuana and MTR evading arrest with a vehicle at 11:15 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000.

I know reading is really, really, really hard but you forgot to praise the policemen who actually caught them. We all know you hate law enforcement you don't have to hide behind the border patrol anymore.
