The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Mykah Saldivar was arrested for POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, NO DRIVER LICENSE x2, NO LICENSE PLATE ON FRONT/REAR, SEATBELT- 15 YEARS AND OLDER (PASSENGER), TOBACCO- POSSESSION, CONSUMPTION, PURCHASE UNDER 21 X2, and MISC FTA x4 at 12:13 a.m. Saldivar’s bond has been set at $14,280.00.
- Kannon Mayberry was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 10:59 p.m. Mayberry’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
There are currently 481 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Schuyler Turner was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 1:16 a.m. Turner’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Michael Pena was arrested for COMM x1 at 1:27 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Leonel Torres was arrested for VOP* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, and GOB* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 10:50 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Justin Lopez was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 12:21 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Deanna Weeaks was arrested for COMM* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Russell Call was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, ASSAULT CLASS C, THEFT CLASS C, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, GOB* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, and MISC FAILURE TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 4:19 p.m. Call’s bond has been set at $2,220.00.
- Wendell Childers was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 8:54 p.m. Childers’ bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Kannon Mayberry was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 10:59 p.m. Mayberry’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Brian Thomas was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 3:33 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Daniel Avila was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 2:07 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Jeremy Vann was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 2:07 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Kiel Parish was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 4:19 p.m. and was released at 10:58 p.m. the same day on $4,000.00 bond.
- Michelle Lopez was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 8:29 a.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the next day on $9,000.00 bond.
