Two San Angelo Men Get Surprise Ending During Hunt for Hookers

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Two San Angelo men looking online for prostitutes were surprised after arriving to a location and discovered it was undercover Texas Department of Public Safety Officers.

According to court documents, on Dec. 8, Marneco Pratt and Chaudhari Kartikkumar were both indicted for solicitation of a prostitute by a Tom Green County grand jury in December.

The two were caught by detectives with the Texas Department of Public Safety, on Oct. 7, during an  undercover online sting operation.

In both incidents, the accused arranged a meet up spot with the undercover officers and went to meet the prostitute.

When they arrived they were met by law enforcement.

If convicted of the crime the two could face prison time of up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
