The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- James Hernandez was arrested for POSS DANGEROUS DRUG and POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G at 4:42 a.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $36,000.00.
- Allynda Trollinger was arrested for MISC CPF x9 at 4:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Joaquin Chavez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 1:06 p.m. Chavez’s bond has been set at $5,000.00.
There are currently 484 inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.
*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

- Breanna Motes was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:25 p.m. Motes’ bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Joaquin Chavez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 1:06 p.m. Chavez’s bond has been set at $5,000.00.
- Allynda Trollinger was arrested for MISC CPF x9 at 4:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Monica Garcia was arrested for MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 5:52 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Baldemar Fernandez was arrested for GOB* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 and SEX OFFENDERS DUTY TO REGISTER LIFE/ANNUALLY at 6:37 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Stormie Young was arrested for FAILURE TO MAINTAIN FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and POSSESSION/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:05 a.m. and was released at 5:43 a.m. the same day on $1,236.00 bond.
- Jake Gonzales was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:15 p.m. and was released at 8:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Jaclynn Chappell was arrested for POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC FTA x1 at 7:50 p.m. and was released at 8:43 p.m. the same day on $1,264.00 bond.
- Austin Williams was arrested for EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC VPTA x2, and SS CPF* DISREGARD STOP SIGN (ICON) at 7:28 p.m. and was released at 5:13 a.m. the next day on $2,322.00 bond.
