According to the San Angelo Police Department, on Dec. 27, SAPD's Crime Stoppers issued a wanted person notice for 32-year-old Rashad Carter.
Carter holds an active warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Carter is 5'9" and weighs 187 pounds.
If you know Carter's whereabouts, please contact the Police Department at 325-657-4315. Never attempt to apprehend a suspect. If you see Carter call the police as he could be armed and dangerous.
