Dangerous Fugitive Wanted for Murder Arrested in Midland County

 

MIDLAND, TX- A New Mexico fugitive wanted for aggravated robbery and murder was arrested in Midland County on December 27, 2021.

On Sunday, December 26, 2021, the Midland County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshal’s Service received a tip that Gabriel Rodriguez Jr., who was wanted out of Eddy County in New Mexico, was in the Midland area.

Gabriel Rodriguez Jr. was wanted for the aggravated robbery and murder of Eduardo Otero Jr.

Rodriguez Jr. was found in the 600 block of East County Road 129 in Midland County and was taken into custody without incident.  He was booked into the Midland Count Jail.
