The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Joseangel Morales was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED >=0.15, NO DRIVER LICENSE, and MISC CPF x2 at 1:29 a.m. Morales’ bond has been set at $1,964.00.
- Ronald Ramirez was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 11:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
There are currently 588 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Jerry Clark was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC CPF x2 at 9:44 p.m. Clark’s bond has been set at $31,920.00.
- Ronald Ramirez was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 11:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Juan Gutierrez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 4:27 a.m. and was released at 10:13 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
- Rodney Boring was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 12:28 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Chaudhari Kartikkumar was arrested for GJI* SOLICT PROST/OTHER PAYOR at 10:50 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day.
- Joseph Roe was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G and UNAUTH ABSENSE COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY at 12:41 a.m. and was released at 1:13 p.m. the same at on $15,000.00 bond.
- Roberto Rios-Aviles was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 9:47 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Jason Watson was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 8:58 p.m. and was released at 8:28 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Amy Morales was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 11:35 p.m. and was released at 8:28 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
- Kelsey Meaders was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C- FAMILY VIOLENCE and PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 11:57 p.m. and was released at 8:28 a.m. the next day on $974.00 bond.
- Carmen Pedroza was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSEES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:22 p.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the next day on $5,000.00 bond.
- Albert Lucero was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 12:31 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the next day on $7,500.00 bond.
