The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Jaime Garfias was arrested for DISORDERLY CONDUCT FIGHTING, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, FAIL TO DISPLAY DRIVER LICENSE, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, SEATBELT- DRIVER, POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x4, and MISC VPTA x4 at 4:01 a.m. Garfias’ bond has been set at $25,206.80.
- Isaiah Tanner was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G at 1:30 a.m. Tanner’s bond has been set at $31,000.00.
There are currently 506 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Amber Sisk was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G at 1:34 a.m. Sisk’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.

- Jeremiah Herrera was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:52 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- James Taylor was arrested for GJI* THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K at 5:46 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day.
- Pete Beltran was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:52 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Walter Whitehead was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 12:12 p.m. and was released at 5:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Robert Armstrong was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$750<$2,500 and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:06 p.m. and was released at 11:13 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
